offers supplemental life insurance that's just
right for you and your family.
Coverage is available in amounts from $25,000 up to a mzximum of $200,000.
You are eligible to apply for the FollowMe Life plan if:
• you are between the ages of 18 and 69,
• you are a Canadian resident, and
• you are not ill or injured at the time
your group life coverage ends.
