The NEW COMPREHENSIVE EXPRESS HEALTH PLAN with OPTIONAL DENTAL is unique; it is one of the most affordable ways you can protect yourself against many of the expenses not covered by your Government Health Insurance Plan. Your COMPREHENSIVE EXPRESS HEALTH PLAN from ONTARIO BLUE CROSS offers: Essential health coverage which contains 3 benefits: EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFIT, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS and BASIC TRAVEL INSURANCE.
Prescription drug coverage (80%) to $500.00, first calendar year, $750.00 Subsequent calendar years.
OPTIONAL DENTAL – Dental includes Basic & preventative care (70%, 75% and 80%), which covers you up to $750.00 first calendar year, $1,000.00 second year and $1,250.00 subsequent calendar years. Major Restorative Services are available in the third year at 50% to a maximum of $500.00 per year.
HOSPITALIZATION (private or semi-private accommodations) up to a maximum of $200.00 per day.
